You don't need it. Bankstatemently runs in your browser on Mac or Windows, reads the PDF, and gives you an XLSX file that opens in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers.

Can I convert years of old statements?

Yes. Upload as many statements as you need, including one PDF that holds several months. Each statement is read on its own, and dates printed without a year get the year from the statement period.

Does the total match my statement?

Every statement that prints an opening and closing balance is checked: the transactions have to add up from one to the other. If they don't, the results page flags it before you download.

Is there a free bank statement to Excel converter?

Yes. Convert your first page without signing up. A free account gives you 10 pages every 30 days, up to 5 pages per upload and 5 pages per day. Paid plans start when you need more.

Do you keep a copy of my bank statement?

Without an account, or on the free plan, the file and everything extracted from it are deleted automatically 24 hours after upload. On a paid plan it stays until your subscription or credit pack ends, and you can delete a document at any time. We do not sell your data.
